    Hi David, I am currently starting week 8 of L2 olympic plan but have noticed that the cycling work out loaded, CMI6, is HR based not power based as with the rest of my plan.
    Is this a known error in the plan or a test to use a different metric to keep things interesting?
    Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Mick,

    *Ahem* that is an error. It was not a known error…until now. Thank you. This is the consequence of us continually improving the plans: we occasionally introduce an error. It has been fixed, but you’ll have to unload and reload your plan to see the fix.

    Hi David,

    We are all human, and “to err is human” as they say.
    I just wasn’t sure if it was part of the programme as I stated before.
    I have attached myself to you TP as you have requested but failing that I can manually download the file from your website and upload it after completing the ride.
