Looking for some guidance on the lack of swim training that I am currently doing. The pools/gyms are still shut here in Scotland and will be for sometime looking at the current state of the country.
As I have a race on the 8th Of May when should I start getting concerned that I am doing zero Swim training?
Check out the “ Resources “ section, it has a document with two options for replacing your water swims. I’m going with option B as I don’t see the pools opening anytime soon here in Alberta either.
