Good morning.
I have been doing well in training and am excited to race. This last week I have been reading and hearing all kinds of advice on how to handle the hills at LP. I enjoy hills and am a strong climber. My plan (Level 2) is to stay around the top end of zone 2 on the bike. Depending on the hill it sometimes feels more comfortable to creep higher in watts on ascent, in contrast on downhills it can be difficult to reach my goal.
Any advice on handling hills and pacing.
