I have quite a large disconnect between the 2 recent races I’ve done.
HM 1:34:12 Vs Marathon 3:41:23
So if I want to train for my next race which time would you put in your running calculator to get my paces? A thought is HM time is the better of the 2 so I should use that? 4:10 min/km. Another thought is if I was training a marathon I could put in the Marathon time 4:39 min/km and 4:10 if training for a HM.
