Thanks for using our plans. The 10.4 miles is correct. The 1:49:32 is just a guess from TP. It could take you much less (or much more…)
You have already put down several 1.5 hour runs in the plan so far, including another 1.5 hours run this week-end. Is another 20 minutes such a big jump? We don’t think so.
Your concern about this being on a Tuesday is valid. You can cut out the final 4KM (2.5 miles) if you need to, and that will reduce the run by quite a bit.
