I have purchased this plan and up to week 10. Next week (week 11), my plan starts with R10K3, which is listed at 1:49:32 for time and 10.4 miles. (Gulp!)
Could this be a mistake? None of the rest of the workouts are nearly this long, and I’m not sure how I could accommodate on a Tuesday. I am using the powerbased plan, but lists this in km for a distance-based workout rather than time based.
Rachel, the free 80/20 Workout Library has a limited number of workouts, what we internally refer to as our version 2.0 workouts. Workouts included in our most recent run plans are the version 3.0 workouts, which in include the R10K series and many others. The complete 2.0 and 3.0 workouts are included in the 80/20 workout library within TrainingPeaks, which is part of our 80/20 Subscriptions. The free 2.0 library workouts are good, the 3.0 workouts are just a bit better.
