Hi all,
I’ve done couple of races on Level 1 half and full triathlon plans but for the next races I want to try a Level 2 plan.
The problem is that Level 2 plans are structured in a 3 weeks on/1 week recovery cycle.
I know that I can handle weekly volume from a Level 2 plan but, from my experience, I know that I perform better with a 2 week on/1 week recovery cycle.
Is there a possibility to convert a Level 2 plan into a 2 on/1 recovery cycle? Eventually, without transform it into a giant plan with 30+ weeks?
Any advice will be appreciated.
