I have purchased the book and I’m looking to start a training program for a 70.3 shortly here in Australia.
Can you let me know the best way to load the 18 week plan to garmin connect? I cant seem to upload the .fit files from the library and plan as future workouts.
If you are using the workouts on our free workout library at https://www.8020endurance.com/8020-workout-library/, those workout can only be loaded directly onto your Garmin device (see the full Q&A on that site).
