    Is low cadence work to build strength contemplated in the plans?

    Ted, we don’t recommend low cadence cycling to build strength. We recommend strength training to build up strength. I’m not aware of any research that supports low-cadence cycling to build strength and endurance performance, but there is significant research on dedicated strength training to build strength and endurance performance.
