So I have settled on focusing on running for the remainder of the year. I have late Nov HM on the books and a sprinkling of trail races around then.
I got the HM Level 2 plan loaded (+strength), to start Aug 16th. Between now and then – I figured I should look at Run Maintenance? so I loaded that and want to supplement strength training as well. I dont have access to a gym however over the next 2 months. If I add the run maintenance strength plan, will I be able to do this from home? I can’t tell from the description.
