I am following the marathon plan level 2 from the amazing book 80/20 running. It is all very well explained, however, a training session in week 17 (page 202) is not clearly labelled in my opinion. This concerns the training on sunday. It only sais “Long Run with Fast Finish” without further specification. Looking at the table with “Long runs with Fas Finish” on page 145 only lists long runs with fast finishes with a subsequent number ranging from 1 to 6. Which specific training should be chosen here? I would very much appreciate any advice.
