First I have really enjoyed running since I read the book and have followed the advice! Thanks a bunch, it’s made running so much more enjoyable.
Currently I’m following the Level 1 Marathon training plan from the book and I see a Marathon Simulation Run in my near future. I can’t seem to find any reference to it in the book. Maybe I’m in denial but, am I going to run a full 26.2 miles on that day?
Thank you for this clarification. I have noticed the same for all 3 levels of the Marathon training plans in the book. I wanted to follow the level 2 plan, is it the same workout for all 3 levels, i.e. “Run Long Fast Finish 2” ?
