Hi 80/20!
I was scheduled to run a marathon September 19, and followed the 80/20 pace based marathon plan. Unfortunately, 10 days before the race I tested positive for Covid and was unable to run.
I am trying to run another race on October 25, but I am not sure how to go about how to train these last few weeks or what distances I should be running this weekend or next before I have to taper again.
I also missed out on about 2 weeks running, after I got sick, and restarted this week.
Please let me know your recommendations, I really want to run this race!
