Hi all. I found out today I have a deformed 1st Metatarsal with almost insignificant to mention spurring.
I have been following the plan which is mostly 7 days a week with a day off sometimes. I purchase this plan prior to getting the yearly 80/20
Endurance training peaks subscription.
I am doing the half marathon level 2 I believe and my event is in Ottawa next month. Is there anything I can do to modify my workouts?
I am going to see my podiatrist next month. Maybe too late for my event. They can modify my orthotics to add support to that toe. Can I use toe separators? Ones o see on amazon?
