I’ve had some family issues and I’m going to miss my last long ride/brick run. I’m doing the IM level 2 plan, so its a 6 hour bike with a 1 hr run. I feel super nervous and anxious now about not getting that in before my race in 2 weeks. Should I try and do longer rides during my taper or just follow the plan? Thanks
You are so close to your race now that there is not an ideal to do this session unless it was a day or so after when it was scheduled. Focus now on your race tapering so that you can feel fit and strong on your race day.
