Sometimes life gets in my way. When I miss my first two runs for the week, should I make them up or stick to my test days and tge rest of the week?

In general, it’s best that you do no try to make up the missed workouts. The exceptions are when you miss a critical, race-specific key workout, in which case you will want to do this workout instead of the next hard workout on your schedule.
