    Ok so I had my first Covid jab on Saturday – yay – cue two days of feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus – not yay 🙁

    So fortunately Sunday is my rest day, so no harm done there, but today I missed the first day of week 7 HM L1 = RSS7. There was no way I was in any fit state to run that today.

    As the day has progressed, I am starting to feel better, so I hope that tomorrow I should be able to lace up and get out.

    Do I just carry on and pretend I had no workout scheduled for today, or should I perform the RSS7 in place of one of my foundation runs, or something completely different?

    Hi Martin,

    Congratulations on the vaccination! Still waiting my turn.

    In this case, it’s best to chalk up the steady state run as a loss and move on. Won’t make any difference in the grand scheme.
