Ok so I had my first Covid jab on Saturday – yay – cue two days of feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus – not yay 🙁
So fortunately Sunday is my rest day, so no harm done there, but today I missed the first day of week 7 HM L1 = RSS7. There was no way I was in any fit state to run that today.
As the day has progressed, I am starting to feel better, so I hope that tomorrow I should be able to lace up and get out.
Do I just carry on and pretend I had no workout scheduled for today, or should I perform the RSS7 in place of one of my foundation runs, or something completely different?
