I just purchased a plan for an event but in order to train until race day, I can’t apply the plan for another 2 weeks. What can I do to fill in the intervening weeks so that I can start training immediately? Also, how do I get the workouts to load to my Coros watch? Do I need to do it manually?
Thanks for using our plans! To add two weeks to your plan at the beginning, copy week 1 and 3 and duplicate those weeks. You can use shift+click to highlight and entire week and then choose Copy from the triple horizontal menu on the calendar.
