Hi, I am trying to set up my Garmin fenix 5s with the app. I have followed all the instructions but have got to the part saying the following
Edit that field and add the Connect IQ field 8020RunZones or 80/20BikeZones

However these do not appear.
I have downloaded them to the connect app and synced my device.

Can anyone help please?

Claire, thanks for posting. I can only guess that something in Step 1 is not complete. Perform those steps again.

The next thing I’d do is to install another app that uses a customer field and see if you can get any app to work. We can then isolate it to the 80/20 app or all apps on the device.
