I have three of your books and follow the level 2 plan in 80/20 triathlon. I can’t find info on my specific situation. Hoping you can help me please?
I had a seizure four weeks ago. I’m fit and healthy and allowed to train.
I am not allowed in the pool until the end of October, for safety reasons. My first Ironman is Taupo New Zealand in early March 2022.
How do I adjust my training plan to replace the swims for the next five months?
I already do two weights sessions and one pilates session each week.
