    Howdy,

My plan 80/20 half Marathon level 1, is about to be over and I am wordering what could you suggest to somehow maintain the achieved fitness during the winter.

No more events and it does get freezing at home… Any ideas?

    Thanks

As explained in this article, the very last thing you want to do after completing a training cycle is try to maintain the peak fitness level you’ve earned:

    Making Periodization Intuitive

You need to give some of that fitness away for the sake of regenerating and then start preparing a foundation for the next ramp-up. Our run maintenance plans are designed for precisely this purpose:

    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have see the article you mentioned , it really makes sense.

On the Manitenance plans, should I keep the to level 1 and my HM level 1 plan?

    Cheers

I recently acquired a STRYD and I am wonder if it is possible to change the plan 80/20 Running: 2021 Edition Run Maintenance Level 1 to POWER instead of HR.
