    My plan 80/20 half Marathon level 1, is about to be over and I am wordering what could you suggest to somehow maintain the achieved fitness during the winter.

    No more events and it does get freezing at home… Any ideas?

    On the Manitenance plans, should I keep the to level 1 and my HM level 1 plan?

    I recently acquired a STRYD and I am wonder if it is possible to change the plan 80/20 Running: 2021 Edition Run Maintenance Level 1 to POWER instead of HR.
