Hey Everyone,
I am registered to do the Air Force Fly Fight Win Full marathon challenge in September 2022. It is:
5K Friday @ 18:30
10K Saturday @ 6:30
Full Saturday @ 7:30
I plan on racing the 10K and running the 5K in Zone 1/2.
My questions are:
1) Would you recommend level 1 or level 2 marathon plan to prepare?
2) What plan modifications would be best suited to prepare?
3) Would I be better suited to upgrade to a 50K plan?
4) Ant additional advise I may have forgotten?
