Last year I trained and completed two full Ironman events using 80/20 level 2 plans. I was comfortable with the training vuolum. This year I am registered for two 70.3 races. I want to continue to improve each season. Do I stick with level to or move up to three? If I were doing fulls this year I would most likely stick with 2. But since I am doing a shorter race I am not sure.
