I’m just getting started with power. I have both run and bike power workouts on the books and Training Peaks cannot differentiate between the run and bike power.
The 80/20 calculator bins the intensity differently, bike a bit lower. I did a foundation effort ride, and when I looked the the power distribution almost all of the effort fell into zone 1 even though the power was within the workout ranges.
Based on my breathing on the bike I was definitely in zone 2. It could be the power sensors I am using, but I don’t really care. I just need consistency within the activity to manage the workout effort.
Anybody having the same issue that might be able to suggest a work around?
