I’m following the IM70.3 tintermediate plan with power for bike and HR for run.
After a hard interval workout e.g. CAn4, and I go into zone 2 power (215 watts), my HR will exceed zone 2 and stick in zone X.
Question: Do I stick with the power and let my HR drift upwards or reduce power to keep my HR down. I’m figuring it’s stick with power, but I am prone to over doing it, so wanted to check!
