    Hi –

    For days I have 2 workouts that are not specifically listed as bricks, i know we are supposed to do them AM/PM.

    However, does it matter if i do the run first and the bike later? Or is it better for me to do the bike first and then do the run with some fatigue still in my legs?

    With the lockdown, it is a lot easier for me to get my run out of the way earlier in the morning and then do my ride on my trainer indoors.

    We recommend that if you do the workouts AM and PM, that you perform them in the order listed in the plan. We often have the run listed first. The intent is that, when not a brick, to perform the higher intensity workout first. It’s not critical, and you can certainly do an easy run AM followed by the interval bike PM, but by default, do the order in the plan or high intensity first.
