I’m way out from my marathon (assuming it goes ahead), but I figured I would ask now. I’m following the 80/20 L2 Marathon plan with my long runs on Sundays, and I’m wondering how to modify the final week of the plan for a Saturday race. I’m assuming I should either skip the Friday rest day or the RTa1 workout.
The plan calls for:
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: RFF4
Wednesday: RF3
Thursday: RSP3
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: RTa1
Sunday: Race day
