I finished IM Wisconsin using the Full Ironman Level 1 Program (Bike Power/ Run Pace) in 12:13. Thanks for helping me to get to finish line! I caught a bad cold or virus in the days leading up to the race but the training and fitness was still there and I had a great first Ironman experience. About 6 weeks into training I switched from Level 0 to Level 1 and it was nice to have the level guarantee.
Your plan helped me stay healthy in the 5 months of training and I have noticed a significant drop in my HR and RPE in my zone 2 efforts all while increasing my pace and power.
I am looking forward to a 70.3 early next summer using your programs again.
