    I’m doing the Level 1 sprint program from your book “80/20 Triathlon”. I have a question to the Race Specific section:
    Why are there no long run and bike Tempo training in this section?
    I ask, because I believe I would perform most of the Sprint distance in my Zone 3 – or is this a wrong expectation?

    H, Thanks for reading the book! The BR3 workouts are your race-specific Zone 3 workouts for those weeks. Those workouts are meant to be done at race pace, and simulate your event.
