Just bought the new race weight plan that says “Racing Weight Run Plan is designed to help athletes improve body composition the way the pros do, with a synergistic combination of training and nutrition methods that include high-intensity interval workouts and diet quality tracking.”
But I don’t see anything in Training Peaks calendar about nutrition – what’s the plan for the nutrition component?
Heather, if you load and unload your plan you’ll see on the very first day of the plan instructions to access these two documents, which we’ve also added to our Resources page. You wont’ see the change unless you unload and reload the plan, but in your particular plan we just missed adding that workout card (we were 71 for 72 when putting up these 72 new plans!).
