I did a quick search on training peaks and 80/20 Endurance for a pre made Race Weight training plan. Now that I think about it, I may have just looked under triathlon…
But anyway – I wonder if anyone knows if it exists or if there were any plans to create and sell one on TP?
I used it last winter by putting in the workouts myself from the book, but the lazy me would rather have the structured workouts just show up on my watch.
