Starting next week, I will be on the Level 0 full ironman plan, in conjunction with the correspondent premium strength training.
I have a kind request, regarding rescheduling the workouts because I’m following a master swim class, targeted for triathletes, which is on fix days (Tuesday and Thursday).
I know that is not ideal regarding week distribution, but I must work around this schedule. So, I figured out 2 possible week formats for general phase:
Format A
Mon: Strength session 1
Tue: Swim Run intervals (RSP/RT/RHR etc.)
Wed: off
Thu: Swim Bike intervals (CCI/CT etc.)
Fri: Strength session 2
Sat: Run long (foundation run/aerobic run etc.)
Sun: Bike long (foundation bike/aerobic bike)
Format B
Mon: off
Tue: Swim Strength session 1
Wed: Run intervals (RSP/RT/RHR etc.)
Thu: Swim Bike intervals (CCI/CT etc.)
Fri: Strength session 2
Sat: Run long (foundation run/aerobic run etc.)
Sun: Bike long (foundation bike/aerobic bike)
Please help me with some advice in order to choose one of the two formats.
Also, any additional ideas will greatly appreciated.
