rest day before marathon race?

    I only have 1 training day remaining on my 80-20 L1 marathon plan.

    Looking at my TP values (56/Fatigue 53/Fitness -4/Form) at 5pm on Friday – race day is Sunday 6:30 am; I am concerned that my Form value is too low.

    Should I skip tomorrow’s workout? It is only a 20′ foundation run but I feel like I could use more energy for good race prep. Our maybe it’s just apprehension because it is my first marathon. TIA.
