I’m scheduled to do RHR9 and note it recommends using hills or a treadmill. The pace it’s recommending for the hills are only achievable on flat ground, not on hills. So should I run the recommended pace on flat ground, or a slower pace on a hill/treadmill incline?
You’ll definitely want to go ahead and run the intervals uphill, adjusting your pace so that your effort is equivalent to the prescribed pace on a 0% grade. Enjoy!
