We are on about week 8 of the spring level 2 training plan. I don’t believe we have had an actual brick run to date BUT I see that RM12 is scheduled as a brick after a 90 minute zone 2 ride. I greatly appreciate the value of a brick run but this mixed interval run seems abit intense as a Brick. Would it not be better to do a zone 1/2 run just to start get your legs trained to run off the bike?
