I’m doing the triathlon maintenance plan and will be starting week 3 soon. I’d like to perform both tests this week. How best should I do this? I see the CT29 where I could do a cycling fitness test but which day would be best for the running test?
Steel, thanks for using our plans. If you want to test both in the same week, move the RCI1 to Monday and replace it with testing (15 warmup, 20 test, 25 Zone 2 for example).
Move the CT29 to Thursday, and preform the RF8 on Saturday.
