    Hi,
    Just started on a Pace plan (Maintenance L0 – about to start HM level 0 or 1)and thinking of moving to use a Power plan. Just ran first HM at 2:09

    I live in London near a large open space and run on relatively flat paths, hilly road and cross country (with or without a dog demanding I kick a tennis ball all the way) with 10 to 130M of ascent in a run.

    Am I right in thinking that investing in a Stryd will make it easier to follow the plan paired with my Garmin 945 and Training Peaks as opposed to using Pace.
