Hello everyone. I am finishing up the HM Level 2 plan this weekend (pace). My next goal is to improve my 10K time, and there is a 10K toward the end of June that I want to run. I will be starting the 10K level 2 plan the beginning of April. I was thinking of starting next week with the maintenance level 2 plan for about a month before starting the 10K plan. Does that sound reasonable?
Thanks for posting! I propose that it would be better for you to repeat the first 3 weeks of the 10K plan than use the Maintenance plan for that short of a period. Take a week off after the HM as well, which means you have some 15 weeks to the end of June, With a 12-week 10K plan, just repeating a few weeks would be better than the Maintenance plan, I think.
