I am thrilled to be starting my lvl 2 plan on Monday June 7th for an event in October. However, due to work and family obligations, I am concerned if I’ll be able to keep up with the lvl 2 training volume.
I’ve read the guidelines on how to adhere to a training plan (don’t push it if I’m tired, or can’t complete certain workouts), and I am decent about listening to my body. My question is, at what point should I downgrade my plan? What would you recommend are some signs that I should downgrade?

Frequently missing or shortening workouts.
Being stressed out about fitting in the training alongside your other commitments.
Struggling physically to complete some of the workouts.
Feeling that your fatigue level is increasing over time.
Not enjoying the training.
