I have a race in 13 weeks (Alcatraz Tri). planning to follow the Olympic dist training plan level 2 but the timing is a bit off with the plan being 19 weeks. so was planning to just jump into this with the current plan set to end on my race date. so starting in week 6 of the plan.
I did an Oly distance race two weeks ago (May2) and used 80/20 Oly level 1 to train for that race so feel rested now and I think still fit enough to level-up and start at week six of level 2.
