I’m a big fan of Stryd. I’ve worked with a number of athletes who train with it and I have found it to be a very useful and reliable tool. And if you do use it, you don’t have to worry about graded equivalents of level-ground paces. A watt is a watt is a watt!
Thanks again, Matt; how would you recommend setting it up, e.g., using the current pace and heart rate for several weeks to obtain the data, then calculating the power or going and conducting the recommended test?
