Hi I have slightly increased swim and run volumes and trying if slightly less enthusiastically to do the land based exercises suggested. As a poor swimmer 3.5 k in 1hr 45 and probably worse now with so many lock downs how do we catch up when pools open – obviously can’t start we’re the plan is at the time. My event is early July so if pools open mid April in UK it is not leaving a lot of time Thanks
