I bought the 2021 80/20 plan by Fitzgerals et al, from Training Peaks.
I have a Suunto 5 and am not sure how it works now! Does the daily training (eg the 20 sec Fartlek) get loaded into the watch in some way and it guids you through the runs? Or do I have to remember when to run the warmup runs and when to go into the work/recovery cycles myself and let the watch just record it to mock me later??!
