I am now a little over half way through Half Iron Level 2 on my way to 70.3 Gulf Coast on May 15. I was looking back at my training progress over the past several months today. I had been planning on 70.3 Mont Tremblant in late June and then made a change in January to Gulf Coast when I realized I might not be able to cross the border to Canada to race in June and I wanted something more certain. Gulf Coast was about 5 weeks earlier in the year and I had to jump into the Level 2 training plan starting with week 4 skipping the first step cycle. Looking back at my training in the fall, I see how many of the workouts I did have relevance in the training plan for 70.3 I am now in and I was prepared when I jumped into Half Iron Level 4. The Maintenance Plan is a great plan. Thank you for that, Matt and David! And thank you for offering it in TrainingPeaks to everyone for free during COVID-19! It’s a great way for people to get started on their 80/20 journey!
Ted, you made my day. Nay, my month. Since we started the free Maintenance plans in March of 2020, we’ve given away >7,000 plans in the last year. We hope they will continue to make a difference!
