When it says “focus on oscillating gently around the high end of Zone 3” does “the high end” mean the fastest or the slowest possible pace Of Zone 3? Zone 3 for me is 7:24 – 7:57. So, is the high end 7:24? My guess is it’s 7:24 but want to confirm. Thanks.
