    Hi there,

    Not sure if I’m the only one that’s having this issue so I wanted to check. I run with power so I’m not sure if it applies across the board. I get a different detailed description from the webpage on my windows laptop than the training peaks app on my phone / tablet.

    I have to do RSP5 today, on the TP website “Windows laptop” I get these instructions.

    Description: 5 minutes Z1, 5 minutes Z2, 6 x (1 minute Z4/2 minutes Z1) 5 minutes Z1

    Warm up
    5 min @ 152-231 W
    Zone 1
    Warm up
    5 min @ 231-268 W
    Zone 1-Zone 2

    Repeat 6 times
    Hard
    1 min @ 313-365 W
    Zone Y-Zone 4
    Easy
    2 min @ 152-231 W
    Zone 1

    Cool Down
    5 min @ 152-231 W
    Zone 1

    Now on my phone and tablet using the app I get this with a slight tweak in the power zone description

    I’ll go with the obvious that the short description is right and the App detail instructions are wrong (I also checked the workout library to double check) I just wanted to point it out since when I run I tend to look at what zone I’m in over what power number is showing on my watch. The zones from the app would make a bit of a difference on how hard to go. Not sure where to put it so I figured I’d start here!

    Thank for using our forums. This issue is addressed by following the instructions in the document Understanding Your TrainingPeaks Structured Workout Plan. Once you setup the specific 80/20 zones, and not using the default TP zones, the Workout Description and Workout Details will align.
