2 weeks after the first race there is another one on the same distance – 1/8 ironman 🙂
The first race is on 7.08 and the second one is on 15.08
Okay, I think you’re telling me that the end date of the plan aligns with the first race, not the second. In that case, rest for two days after the first race, then ease back into training over the next few days, then hit it hard again the second week, and then taper down again for the second race.
