I am on the Full Ironman Plan level 3 pace and power for Coeur De Alene. As a tune up I will be racing St George Half Ironman 70.3 May 1.
It is close to taper time for the St George Half.
I have both the half and full ironman plans I can reference.
If taper is typically 7 to 10 days, I should incorporate some taper workouts this week into my plan. Should I get those from the half ironman plan?
Should I take the whole race week half ironman plan and substitute that into my plan for next week.
