Thanks for checking in and using our plans. The only benefit for you is convenience. The plans are virtual the same. If you followed the plan exactly as written in the book on on TrainingPeaks, your results would be identical.
The electronic plans can save you about 20 minutes a week. That’s 7 hours over any given 80/20 19-week-ish plan. If 6 hours of your time is worth the cost of the plan and subscription, then the electronic plan might be for you.
The plans also provide convenient prompts to your device to walk you the workout and ensure you do it properly. But if you can memorize the workouts and have the discipline to perform the workout as written, then you don’t need this convenience either.
