    Hello all, just tested positive for covid in the middle of my training block, stinks big time!! Anyway, I have my Olympic tri mid June and then want to do a half IM in Atlantic City in September and then do the Philly marathon in November. The time in between events is not ideal but wanted some insight on how the plans should be structured. Most of the plans require 12-16 weeks. So once I finish the Olympic, how should I structure the AC event and roll that into the marathon training? Thanks again!

    I’m doing 2 ironmans within 7 weeks.. Not ideal by any means, but they were covided races, so no choice. However, I’m also not expecting to win any awards, and am making the goal for both of them to be as enjoyable as possible since they are in really cool places. This is helping with the “pressure” of performance


    I’m not looking to take any podiums either, just a solid race. If I can be under 5 hours for the marathon and under 6 hours for the 70.3 I would be happy.
