After years of using TrainingPeaks to measure my fitness progress, I just used up my 2 weeks free trial with the TrainingPeaks WKO5 app.
I have to admit I was fairly overwhelmed by it, and didn’t really see how I could use it on a day to day basis above and beyond the graphs in “Normal” training peaks (e.g. time in power zones, power curves, performance chart) and tracking on a spreadsheet some of my key performance metrics like FTP, Efficiency Factor and Pw:HR%.
Has anyone else had any success here?
